LiquidEcofill is an on-site refill station amenity that lets you easily refill your household cleaning essentials right where you live. No need to buy new plastic bottles or run to the store.
How does the refill station work?
Simply follow steps on the screen; select the product you want, tap or insert your card, place your bottle under the nozzle, and refill the amount you need.
What products can I refill?
Our stations currently offer popular cleaning products such as laundry detergent, softener, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, hand soap, toilet bowl cleaner, and dishwasher detergent.
How do you ensure product safety and quality?
All our liquids are sourced from trusted suppliers and handled under strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure high quality and safe use.
Do I need to bring my own container?
Yes! Reusing your own bottle is part of the experience. It helps reduce single-use plastic. If you forget one, check with your building’s management; some locations may provide our own reusable bottles.
How are payments handled?
You can pay with any debit or credit card, or tap-to-pay directly at the station. No cash or app download is needed.
How much does it cost to refill?
Prices vary slightly depending on the product, but all refills are designed to be equal to buying new packaged cleaning products from a store.
Why is refilling better for the environment?
Every refill saves a plastic bottle from being produced and discarded. Over time, that means thousands of bottles kept out of landfills and a much smaller carbon footprint.
What should I do if the machine is out of product or not working?
No worries, we will keep machines restocked for your convenience so that there is always available product. If you experience an issue, you can simply use the support form here or scan the QR code on the machine to report an issue. Our team will take care of it as soon as possible.
How often is the refill station restocked or cleaned?
Our team regularly restocks and maintains every station to ensure products are fresh, the system is clean, and everything runs smoothly. Depending on building usage, we may be there every single week or more!
Where is the best place to find the refill station in my building?
Stations are usually placed in convenient common areas such as the laundry room, mailroom, or near elevators. Locations where residents already pass by every day.
Can I track how much plastic I’ve saved?
Yes! We will send quarterly or annually reports to each property showing the community’s environmental contribution.
Can I suggest new products or scents?
